Quarantine is hard. That's what I've been noticing lately as we are in Week 8 in Los Angeles. While I am staying safe, there is a lot of mental fatigue in not expereinecing the life we are all accustomed to. That's why today's guest was a breath of fresh air for me.
Kathryn McCormick is a Season 6 So You Think You Can Dance finalist, All-Star and dance educator. For fans of the Step Up movies, she starred in the fourth film, Step Up Revolution and she's the featured dancer in Christina Perri's music video, "Jar of Hearts."
