The information is starting to trickle in about the Top 10 for So You Think You Can Dance: The Next Generation. If you read my earlier article, you know the status of Sophia Lucia and Tate McRae.
I now have updated news on one of my favorite personalities from last week’s Los Angeles auditions, Avery Gay. I loved that she came in with a ballet piece, plus she had a fresh and fun attitude during her interview.
The 12-year-old dancer is also a student at Master Ballet Academy where Sophia Lucia studies. That studio is jam-packed with talent right now and they’ve had terrific results at Youth America Grand Prix.
**Spoiler Alert**
Unfortunately, I confirmed with sources that Avery does not make it to the Top 10 this season. However, I am happy she’s on my dance radar because I think we will be hearing more from this talented young lady.
I will keep you posted about the status of the dancers who make it to The Academy.
